So I have a question for the girls on here. I struggle with my weight and I want to know how I can lose it and get like a bigger ass and stuff. What kind of workouts do yall do to lose belly fat and make your ass bigger?

so heres the thing: u cant spot reduce fat-so if u lose fat in the stomach ur also gonna lose fat in ur ass. In order to simultaneously tone up ur stomach and grow ur ass ur going to have to body recomp— calorie deficit for the weight loss, high protein to promote muscle growth, lifting heavy weights in a progressive overload (especially glute/leg workouts).

A Good leg day routine will help your lower body a lot. Working out needs to be paired with eating well to see the full effects tho

Weightlifting and very substantial diet. But it can also be a genetics thing. You can tone fat but you can’t maneuver fat to where you want it to go

I lost the weight first and lost the ass when I did it 😭 but doing a lottt of leg exercises has helped

It would be better advice to tell u to look up a diet/ food plan aligned with ur health/body goals than to throw out random foods for u
