if its just for romantic/sexual stuff then idrk, but if its just to talk to women and maybe let something happen, id suggest leading with something like "oh hey i really like your shirt!" if theyre wearing a graphic tee or something, or complimenting their bag or even saying like "omg your hair looks awesome!" it feels creepier if you approach with nothing because then it just makes me think "oh they were staring at me", but if you approach saying you like something that i like, or that you -

truth be told, write a letter, sign it like secret admirer just tell them how beautiful they are and the good qualities you think they have and just let it sit and then another and then another over the next week or 2, makes the mind think makes the mind and makes them feel special without the pressure of saying anything then you can make yourself known after a bit and see how they think, usually the key to the heart is with your head and then the heart follows afterwards

like my outfit or hair (NOT COMPLIMENTING MY BODY CUZ THATS ALSO LIKE SUPER WEIRD- in my opinion, for a stranger to say to me) then it makes me realize you came up to me because you either thought i was stylish, cool, or just looked like someone youd be down to be friends with

So choosing something to compliment that they chose to wear/style would be better? I usually try to compliment hair, or something like their jewelry. I just feel awkward and don’t know if I’m making them uncomfortable

i think complimenting their hair is a good way! jewelry i feel is 50/50 depending on the jewlery and on the person because its a smaller thing compared to someones hair. i think earrings are always a safe one though! i think as long as you're being respectful then they wont be creeped out. like, i was wearing pj pants and someone asked where i got them and it literally made my day, i dont think anyone will be uncomfy unless youre like "i love how your shirt hugs your body", creepy crap like that

i hope that it helps! from what you said you're doing it doesnt sound like you're being creepy so i think you're alright! just as a bonus id always say pay attention to body language too, usually if people dont wanna talk to someone they make it pretty obvious, especially if they think you're being creepy

i think one pretty consistent clue is if theyre trying to turn away from you or like, not giving you stuff to build the conversation. its not easy to tell but usually if its someone i think is creepy ill either overly smile if im scared, or im more fine being rude so ill make a grossed out face ngl sorry but i dont have too much advice for body language cuz most of what i know is signals from girl to girl like "hey get me out of here" and i dont wanna air those out cuz yk, girl to girl, emergenc
