my girlfriends birthday is soon, & i want to get her some nice noise cancelling headphones. For context she’s on the spectrum and wears some damn near everywhere so i think it would be nice to upgrade her. My friend says it isn’t romantic enough. Thoughts

a gift doesn’t need to be traditionally romantic. personally i think it is romantic to gift someone something that you know they will use and appreciate. it shows that you know and support her, that’s romantic as hell

I’m autistic so is my partner and they got me noise canceling earbuds and it was most def good enough and romantic. Thoughtful gifts are romantic!

I think that’s a great gift. It isn’t the most romantic gift ever but it much more thoughtful and meaningful than some roses or flowers. I definitely think she would love them!

I’m talking about without having to put them back in the case to recharge. A single go, you get about 5 hours.
