Break up with him. He’s making fun of things he knew about you when you started dating. Would you insult him like that? Tell him that his facial expressions aren’t attractive? Make fun of how he expresses himself?

I’ve never and would never make these comments towards him that’s why it hurts. I know we have only been together for 1-2 months so it’s fresh but this still isn’t normal right?

No it’s not normal. A partner should not be trying to bring you down. The fact you wouldn’t make that sort of comments towards him shows that you care more for his feelings than him yours.
