I think my gf is abusive to me, and I’m not coming to terms with it. She raises her voice, throws things, and genuinely can make me feel uncomfortable if she gets upset, because it comes at me a lot and then it seems like everything is fine. Im scared

Are you in a safe place? Like if you two live together can you get out? Do you think you can safely leave the relationship or do you think she’ll try something?

I just had an incident where she was tossing plastic bottles in the recycling bin and picked up her normal one and went to pretend like she was throwing at me and when I flinched and ducked my face hit the chair and I just cut my lip. And now I’m “trying to be Doctor ___” and “being an ass” in her words because I don’t want to be touched right now

We’re on the same college campus, she transferred here. We’ve been together for two years now, but this is the closest we have been to “living with each other” where we spend most of our time out of class with eachother in my single dorm. Idk if she would try something physically but I know she would be at my window or door trying to know what’s going on

Okay so I know a lot of campus’ have counselors. I would also call the campus hotline and tell them what’s going on, and maybe even some friends you can trust. It sounds like she is abusive and so you need to get yourself out of that situation. You won’t deserve that.
