Take plenty of Tylenol the night before and before your appointment and try to drink plenty of fluids. It’s gonna hurt real bad you just gotta breathe through it. You’ve got this!

Don’t freak yourself out. Everyone’s experience is different. Take ibuprofen right after and it should help especially with the cramping you may feel for a few days
