I was talking to my coworker the other day he asked why I don’t think people can be interested in me and gave me signs that a guy is interested in me. It was all stuff he does with me (complimenting, etc). Am I overthinking it or is he interested in me?

Maybe he is and was asking you those questions on purpose to give you a hint. But some of that is just genuine kindness. Depends if he was flirting or not

Could just be wanting a stronger friendship, but If you’re interested in the guy, give him some hints yourself and see how he responds
