is it your period maybe? if its a LOT like going thru a pad or tampon then an er or urgent care wouldn't be a bad idea

a little bit is normal but if it’s like a lot a lot it’s better to ask a doctor (female gyno preferably)

You should deffo see a gyno about that at minimum. It could be something simple or more serious but either way best to figure out— especially if sex hurts too
