People think I’m gay bc of my personality. Do I tone it down to find a girl or just be myself?

If you are forced to play a character to make someone love you is that really love?

no man be yourself, most women won’t be bothered by that, especially cause there are ways to show you’re interested and not gay. don’t pretend or change to find people. that never works. you’ll find someone for you

I thought someone was gay and didn't engage cause I was like oh he won't be interested in me. Sure enough he was straight Maybe change a little so we aren't questioning BUT don't truly change your personality. You just might have to make interest more obvious.

Ima dude with the same problem, I think the distinction is making it clear that you are interested in her. It can be much easier to be friendly to them, but I guess you have to make that distinction that you see them as more than a friend. Calling them cute and complimenting them would be a good way to start.

Okay. I’m being so real. HOW? I’ve been genuine friends with so many women and now I approach everyone as friends. Now when I’m ACTUALLY interested in a girl for once I don’t think they know. It’s worse bc I prefer getting close to women before escalating, but that also means I’m not usually flirty at firstttt.

Higher pitched voice combined with expressive hand movements and very chalant. Art student. I have a lot of platonic women as friends. Idk people thought I was gay in hs too. Just happens

that’s a good thing you do but you can’t just expect them to know. it might be hard but you have to tell them you’re interested in them. and let them know early on somehow you’re interested in girls in the way the other comments say.

It’s good to get to know them first spend up to a year just being their friend treat them nice and take them to do a bunch of things and slowly heat up until you get the courage to tell them or ask them out
