
Several things I suggest: Intermittent fasting! Its a bit hard to explain, I’d look it up if I were you. But it has a lot of benefits for weight loss! What I do is eat between noon and 8pm, never before or after. Also exercise! Get your steps in (10k a day is great), and weightlifting too And also a calorie deficit. Based on your weight and height, there are websites that do the math for you to see what your BMR is (how many cals you burn a day by just living), and use that as a reference.
Continuing on the cal deficit, eating healthier and eating less cals goes hand in hand. Eat more whole foods and vegetables, and protein! Protein keeps you saturated, and you actually burn some cals to digest it. Avoid processed carbs (bread, pasta, etc) and stick to simple ones like potatoes or rice. Make sure you still eat enough, but pick a deficit you can stick to. 250-500 cals deficit a day is good!
