No the reaction and yelp she gave was not indicative of shock collar usage, idk if you’ve ever seen one used before or tied one on yourself but it’s a light corrective shock, she definitely just caught her paw or nail on something

I think I understand shock collars because I’ve used them before. You can change the voltage to increase or decrease depending on the level of force you want to use

I think hasan shocked his dog at a higher voltage than was needed for the level of correction. And yea I do think he abuses his dog
