I think the intention was nice but this is one of those cases where men can’t apply empathy. If on men’s day someone posted “I hope you get your d1ck sucked today” then that would be perfectly reasonable.

He called men who wouldn’t sleep with just any woman cowards… basically 1. Denying the existence of female to male SA and 2. Showing he probably just wants to get laid and doesn’t care about consent.

No he called a dude a coward when they said they would only go down on a girl they love, which made it sound like he would have sex with them but not go down on them like it’s something gross/taboo that he would only do if he actually loved the girl

The other dude later commented that he also wouldn’t have sex with a woman unless he loved her which cleared up the way his comment came off and OP didn’t say anything afterwards.
