Just clean them better. When I got my helix it did the same thing and got infected when none of my others did that. Just leave the stud or hoop out for a while and clean the front and back with piercing solution. If u can’t take out the stud or hoop because it will close just make sure u have one it that is actually metal and not fake, and continue to clean it the same way with the piercing still in
