i mean it really just depends on the person. everyone is different, height, muscle, weight distribution. it all changes stuff. just be yourself and be healthy

Typically it’s not great, but really it depends on the woman’s frame (i.e. height).

Don’t worry too much about the number and just focus on whether you’re healthy or not. Unhealthy = bad healthy = good but no specific number will define healthy or not

Ik lots of gym girls who who have killer thighs and weigh more, just keep it up and focus on your body and health and not the number
