He’s not. Leave him. Men who suddenly want to be serious until you leave will keep you in that never ending cycle of misery bc they think you’ll accept bare minimum. Why didn’t he want to pursue the relationship when YOU were ready to be a girlfriend? He waited until you showed signs that you were done to finally be serious. Fuck no

YOU do what YOU want, not what anyone else wants. If it’s something nice that you find yourself wanting, it’s completely ok to change your mind. But if you are really enjoying being single, don’t go for it. At the end of the day, it’s about what you want, fuck everyone else.
