I’m sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but do yall have any healthy meal recommendations that would be high protein and low to no carbs? I’m trying to learn new recipes as I now live alone, and I’m absolutely stumped!

Don’t be afraid of carbs, they’re our bodys’s main source of energy! With that being said, tofu is a great source of protein if you marinate it and let the flavours absorb (much less scary than dealing with raw meat for me), so some blackened baked tofu with roasted cruciferous veggies and a baked potato is my go-to, make it all in one sheet pan ^_^
