This is so real to me because I experienced it (as the victim) numerous times in my youth by other kids (who i can say are also victims). Im sure most of us heard of slap ass friday, another "event" that is straight up sexually assaulting (mostly) girls as a joke or when we play "house"

And the adults at the time brushed it off as a stupid joke and did nothing to address it, leaving those boys to believe that touching without consent is okay because it was never corrected
