Not even tryna simp but as a guy I can say that every single woman I’ve had as a boss (with the exception of my current grad school advisor who is insane) has been so much better in communication and just general attitude than the male bosses I’ve had. They don’t b doing the whole power trip thing and can actually just ask for what they want to ask for in conversational ways

I’ve had a lot of jobs and I’ve had some female bosses/managers I really didn’t like, they’re def out there. But I’ve also had some great ones. At the same time, I don’t think I’ve ever had a male boss I didn’t dislike personally

I’ve never had a bad male manager but I will say I tend to feel a little more of an interpersonal connection with female managers. They just tend to be a little more personable
