There’s a time and place for both. If your friend who has been SH free for two years relapses & harms, you listen & don’t judge. If your friend cheats on her bf, you call her out. It just depends on the context of the situation

True most of the time . But sometimes when someone is venting they just need a shoulder.giving advice in a situation someone isn’t asking for it just never rly leads to anything productive imo

I feel like the two replies are lowk giving “what-about-ism.” Like duhh theres a time and a place. Use your brain! we don’t have to come up with scenarios in which this may not apply. We can just acknowledge that in many scenarios this is the case, and move tf on.

Just had to sit down with my best friend who ditched me and have a conversation with her about how it made me feel and how she views me as a friend so I know how to approach our friendship as well. I very heavily believe women should be calling other women out when they’re fucking up so a man doesn’t have to do it
