uhh I’ve never had any symptoms with my period they’ve always just been irregular with maybe some light cramps every now and then but lately these past couple ones I’ve been getting such painful cramps. Is this normal? I’m in my early 20s

I feel the same too. After I got an iud my periods became basically spotting on my heavy days but I feel like these last few cycles have been extra intense. It might have something to do with stress
