How do I get into working out? I want to lose weight (not just for appearance reasons but also for health reasons and to feel comfortable again). But every time I try to do workouts it’s always painful and tiring and I just give up. Please share any tips!

I’m ngl if you want to lose weight diet is way more important. You should still go to the gym for your health. You also need to make sure you sleep and eat good quality food if you want to achieve results

Weight loss is mostly dieting. Go on a calorie deficit and don't allow cheat days at all. If you are on one the most working out that would be necessary for WEIGHT loss is walking, 10k steps a day

Don’t start out with classic weight lifting as it tends to be miserable and hard. Do things you like, swimming dancing walking yoga, etc. to build some stamina first

As the other comments said you NEED to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. Dieting sucks at first for the first few weeks, but eventually your body gets used to it. Remember that when you start you are going to fail a couple times, and that’s okay. You will overestimate how much weight you can lose in a month but you underestimate how much you can lose in a year.
