does anyone have like crazy tips to lose some weight?

i cut out alcohol and fast food completely for a month, and went on 3 mile walks 3-4 times a week, cooked at home mainly proteins and fiber heavy, tried to do less sugar, try to buy things with no added sugar, like fruits, try to avoid artificial sweeteners (diet sodas) they can lead to insulin resistance making it harder to lose weight
