What the hell is the point behind why you guys match with a guy, compliment them, message them and then out of nowhere unmatch / block a them… like I asked a girl what her major is and next thing you know I’m unmatched because I asked that?!? Explain pls!

I’m a guy and I know I’m not supposed to answer here, but I can tell you that women have seemingly infinite options on dating apps. You’re probably not the only person she was talking to and she’s probably gonna pick the most perfect dude she can find. This is why dating apps suck

haven't been on dating apps in a while, but when i was, i used to do this when i was emotionally drained and didn't want them to feel like i was dragging them on. rather let them go then let them still have hope in something i've detached myself from completely

i wouldn't match with them, it wasn't tinder they'd send me likes on my profile or messages talking about how i looked, i'd reply thank you, then they'd drag out the conversation for days. it was more of a last resort than a plan A

Oh ok that’s not what I’m talking about, I’m talking about people who reply and then have a conversation with the guy exchanging texts and stuff and then just out of no where unmatching or blocking.
