It just depends on how regular your period normally is. It’ll tell you a specific day or like a range of days for when it starts/ends. It’ll be better the longer you use it bc it’ll figure out how you cycle normally goes!

Honestly the problem is I wouldn’t remember to write down when my period started so I would just have a vague idea of when it’s going to start, but my period is super regular so tracking is insanely helpful and can tell me the exact day it will start usually
