Take my advice and don’t waste your money on a first date, I wish I could have all the money back that I wasted on first dates. Don’t spend money on someone unless you know they aren’t just in it for your money. I have bought dinners, flowers and chocolate for dates but I’ve learned you are just letting yourself be taken advantage of, if they want your money make the em earn it by showing they care about you not your money.

I had a first date a few weeks ago and was running super behind so I printed off a picture of a bouquet of roses and gave that to her and it’s now turned into a huge joke between the two of us and she loves it.

Shed a tear because I stated people shouldn’t expect gifts just for meeting and spending time. Do you expect a gift when you see your friends to go somewhere or is the opportunity itself good enough?

Idk I think you’d be surprised, wildflowers grow in most places in the country. Go to a local greenway or trail or parking lot clearing and you’ll probably find some. Also weeds are just plants, a flower is a flower all the same

You have issues too, sit this one out. The whole point of being kind is that you’re doing something to uplift someone else without any expectations of a return on it. Being kind might not always get you a “payback” every time, but being an ass will never get you anything good in return.
