You need to talk to them. It’s not “starting drama” you deserve to sleep and they should know if they’re doing something upsetting

have you tried talking to them about it? maybe you can compromise and go to bed between 12 and 1. also do you live in a dorm? bc normally you can switch rooms if you talk to an RA or whatever

i get that because i’m also really non confrontational but there’s a good chance they’d be happy to compromise or at least be quieter if they aren’t total assholes. they can’t know you have an issue with it unless you bring it up.

I also experienced this mine were mainly assholes. They didn’t care I tried killing them with kindness and that didn’t work I would say invest I noise proof headphones although I feel naked sleeping without them now.
