idk abt every women but to me a no makes me feel like im not enough. i mean ofc my bf will explain to me that he is tired or not in the mood but if its a no with no explanation its a confirmation for me that im ugly yk. maybe im just hella insecure abt my self but thats how my brain interprets these kinds of things. i handle no better when he cuddles and kisses my forehead while saying no cuz it makes me feel loved and seen and the no isnt bc of my physical appearance.

That’s a him problem. Happened to me when I was super burnt out not exercising and work was a killer. My testosterone was low and I wasn’t into that or sometimes juts guys go into that. Guys can be sexually attracted to girls significantly less attractive if their testosterone is high. So i wouldnt be insecure about it seems like something’s just up with him
