
No you should absolutely not make up a reason to leave especially one like that. If you have genuine reasons to leave, then put in your two weeks and start looking for other places immediately. If and when those other places ask why you left, bring up the issues in a genuine and mature way. Dont tell your new potential employers anything such as “ugh they were just annoying” or “they just suck”. Say something real such as “the management system was ineffective and harmed productivity”
Inventing harassment so that I have an excuse to leave a job without being viewed as a job hopper. I’m scared that if I have to take a bad job I will have to stay a certain amount of time before seeking a good job because I will be viewed as a job hopper and therefore unreliable unless I have a good reason to leave a job after a few months.
