My GF does this too. She works through it with her therapist to help her find the source of the spiraling and working through it. I wouldn’t solely depend on random online people to validate how you feel.

I did this too and pushed my bf away so I’m still trying to figure that out for myself :(

LITERALLY BRO. She’s home for break and been going out with her girl friends and for some dumb ass reason my mind starts assuming its over just bc she isn’t texting… knowing damn well I’d not be texting if I was equally busy with my own friends.

Stand on the truth of how he feels about you. That he cares for you, he loves your quirks, and everything else. It’s okay for you both to remind each other how you feel, but remember to stand in that truth instead of letting it float away

i'm in the same situation! he's back home for thanksgiving and we're on the opposite sides of the country with a 3 hour time difference. it's hard to not think the worst, i tell myself that if im busy i wouldn't be checking my phone as much either as well as them checking in every single often is enough to show you're still on their mind. you got this❤️
