Because I have a different perspective, I have plenty of tall friends and most would and do date someone shorter, I’m not saying it’s not true for your guys experiences but other people have different lived experiences

Do any of those studies actually focus on women who are 5’10+ and taller than the majority of men? No? Then what’re you talking about. Shorter women are insistent on height bc it’s pretty hard to find men shorter than them. Taller women recognize that the average man is below their height, and adjust their standards accordingly, in general
