Ask yourself this same question as if it was your bestie. And the first response that comes up, go ahead and do that. If my bestie told me this, i would tell her to talk to her bf about this in a non-accusatory manner. Discuss 1. How this makes you feel that he lied and 2. What you're going to do if he does this again (setting boundary). 3. Follow through.

Lying - to me - is unacceptable & nonnegotiable in my relationship. Is this the same for you? If yes, it's not enough to tell him your feelings. Boundaries need to be set & follow through is imperative.
