that wouldn’t need to be added i don’t believe. rape just isn’t prosecuted very often so it doesn’t matter generally. taking off a condom when someone doesn’t know and doesn’t want that does already count as rape.

No because we already don’t do that for women who lie. Also it is not able to be proven that someone lied about it in 999 of 1000 cases.
