You're allowed to have your own preferences for a relationship. Where it would be wrong is if you got into a relationship and expected them to change into what you want. If you attract clingy girls and don’t like them just don’t date them

To all those commenting I did a poor job wording this. I’m not attracted to clingy girls but the only girls interested in me are clingy. If I met a girl who wasn’t I would be much more attracted to her than a clingy girl

……Women give what they’ve received. So if in the early stages YOU check in on her or text her throughout the day and then you stopped she’s going to wonder why. Regardless of independence or clinging to you. Women like to know you care. Just state this without telling her she’s clingy or needs to be more independent. It’s fair. I don’t have the patience for clinginess or jealousy. I never have notifications on, and if someone starts panicking if I don’t respond for an hour, they we don’t really match
