mostly the combination of being active and not eating when i’m not hungry (and eating healthy foods for the most part). i’ve also been an athlete my entire life so it is kind of a lifestyle

Focus on eating whole foods and start caring about the ingredients you put in your body. Don’t restrict, just get right back on track. 10k steps a day minimum and workout 4-5 times per week.

If you want a real tip though, eat slowly! Take time to chew your food and swallow before the next bite. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you get full off of such little amounts. Exercise regularly and it doesn’t even have to be extreme. Take a long walk around your neighborhood. Drink plenty of fluids.
