@ the gym girlies I’m a short fat girl. I’ve started a calorie deficit and some at home workouts. When I go back to campus I wanna hit the gym like 3 times a week. Any routines in mind?

I started slow & easy so I wouldn’t dread going. I’d just go and do the treadmill & stairmaster and lowkey watch what other people were doing until I had confidence to go try other machines & stuff. There are a lot of good routines for beginners on TikTok too

If your campus is big and has a lot of hills walking is your best friend. Gets plenty of steps and cardio in. I’d also try small weight lifting machines. 3 sets of 10 2-3x a week. Arms, back, legs. Alternate days to give the others a rest

Push, pull, legs and 20-30 minutes of cardio 4x a week on a 8-10% incline at 2.0-2.5mph
