Meal prep, take a few hours on the weekend to track your macros then don’t sweat it, just eat the proportioned meals, helped me spectacularly, I also left 100 cal per day so I could eat a bag of popcorn because it’s filling to calorie ratio is insane

Calorie calculators cannot factor in for metabolism, I always gotta eat a little bit more than what I’m supposed to simply bc I have a faster metabolism than average
