Movie night, game night, fancy dinner (or cheap works too). Honestly if you are planning on being with friends just hanging out and doing something fun is all that matters because you are experiencing it with them. Idk if you have one close to you but a drive in movie would be so fun! As someone with a winter birthday I always get so sad I can’t do outdoors stuff on mine, but you have sooo many options.
