Prob from compliments. Even from children. Children are either really shy or very vocal from what I’ve seen they’d tell ppl they look pretty if that’s what they thought of you. Or you look the same with and without makeup to the point that either it won’t make a difference in how ppl treat you or ppl just say you look better without it

If you make a tinder profile and within a hour you get 99+ likes you’re gorgeous. If it’s 25-99 then you are very good looking. Under that, I would say a room for concern.
