I have the lightest pastel pink ever accented in my resume idgaf. If those tiny accents being a very muted pink instead of gray puts them off then they suck.

Wait I’m thinking about it and maybe that’s part of the reason why in multi round interviews I seem to be a hit with and move past with them women but not the men

In my personal experience, I got way more calls back and a job ultimately when I changed it to just black and white and like everyone else’s. I’m also in a field that is more male dominating so I think it unintentionally helps a little too. I go to a pretty prestigious university so they don’t really like those types of things unfortunately💔 The pink was so fun though!! But I just save that for portfolios or anything more personal to show employers now
