Should people who are deemed to be risky job candidate’s because of lack of consistent employment history be able to opt out of their right to be paid for their work in order to prove themselves? Why or why not?
Still slavery. Violating the 13th amendment. Whats stopping companies from just saying its not working out and forcing you to pay back wages?

They need to provide evidence to the government at the Penalty of perjury that you are not a good candidate. Under this system you don’t have to pay back wages because you don’t get paid unless you get hired.

So still another problem with that bud. They could easily just hire you then fire you to get around that. In addition that is an overreach of the government into the economy violating the laissez faire policy.

The company cannot fire you without government approval for six months.

Once again that is an overreach and of the government and what they can and cannot do. Check the articles of the constitution and you'll see that what you're proposing violates the constitution
