Women, I like this girl. It is extremely rare that I run into her, but if I do, then she is with family. Anyway, it is out of character for me to DM on Instagram. I don’t follow her, she probably doesn’t know I exist? How should I DM her to get a reply?

Don’t. First impressions go a long way and you don’t want your first impression to be a DM on fucking IG. Plus, she’ll ask how you even have it to begin with. You’ll find a way to talk to her in person eventually

We have mutual/s. I guess she’s popped in my suggestions. I literally see her like once or twice a year. Maybe 3 times tops. I think she stays home a lot of the time, but wish she knew that someone is really interested in her and is struggling to make that connection. We’ve made nothing more than eye contact here and there and it has probably happen over the past 1 - 1.5 years maybe 2? It is a literal miracle if I see her is what I’m saying.
