Girl sew those mfs in or ask your grandmother or something to. It’s not hard to learn either, not judging tho cuz I still bitch ab it and never sew them in😭 I have to sew my bfs jeans a lot though cus he’s got the juiciest thickest ass ever and rips them all the time 😂😂

My best advice is to keep a bunch of them in your underwear drawer so you can put them in and out as needed

I think there are bra with un-moveable pads tho, me personally I hate those I always take the padding out
