Yes they show interest fast and then give the bare minimum effort and do big surprises publicly that are embarrassing and in private they’re shy and don’t share anything and use you for your body. Why?

So love bombing? That’s literally what that is. If you’re overly obsessed with me or my interests and you barely know me it’s love bombing. There was not enough time to grow that interest as we bind it was immediate. Then they’ll use it to do the bare minimum after it dies off to the point they find you annoying
