They’ve been friends since they were kids so I doubt that me and her friend have the same personality and we get along really well

what your friend is trying to do is incept the idea of you to her which pretty much gives you about 15% of the girls interest because since they have been friends for so long then they trust each other and their opinions so the girl will trust her friend about your intentions but now the girl is just trying to fill you out if you’re actually a good fit for her, 15% is better than 0%

do you talk to her like a friend? or do you talk to her like more? If you talk to her like more than a friend then she’s literally just trying to feel you out, but if you talk to her like you talk to your other friend then you’re digging yourself a hole
