I LOVE my Mac, but I think windows are more durable technologically. They don’t get outdated with software nearly as fast as Apple products often do. I had a windows surface from 6th-12th grade and it was awesome

I’d say if ur ok with after 5+ yrs it slowing down like battery or having to get a new one after like on a mac (tho it WILL last u at least that long unquestionably) I’d get a Mac. But if u want a tank that may not be as shiny/ecosystem with phones but is going to last 8+ years and u like that classic OS, then do the surface (you can’t go wrong)

(In summary ig: I prefer the Mac OS and after 3.5 years mine still works amazing, but I know from seeing online that there can eventually be pitfalls to it where the surface beats it out so its all dependent on how u view things)
