And the other issue is he makes me give him a bj for 45 minutes nightly then goes straight to doggy. Doesn’t do anything I like. Just does not care. No foreplay, kissing, touching nothing. I don’t just put up with it. He hides it and does it behind my back. When I catch him doing it again it’s a huge fight then he doesn’t do it for a while. Until he thinks it’s been long enough and he can get away with it again.

but you're telling us he does it every day and says he won't stop. and he seems to have "gotten away with it" so far. either break up with him, since he clearly does not respect your boundaries, or give up caring about it. your only other option is continuing to feel miserable about it.
