Anyone have tips/recs for at home workouts for building chest and glutes? Tired of all the “hourglass” workouts that don’t even focus on strength training, just a skinny waist 😭 I want to get STRONGER not necessarily skinnier

Uhhh u can do squats and variations of squats at home and idk hold a heavy book if u needed added weight and don’t have dumbbells at home. Idk about chest tho cus i go to gym and I can’t think of one off the top of my head without like some equipment. Maybe pushups? And u can add weight on ur back if needed?

I do idk what you call them, the thrusts. And I rest dumbbells on my hips/pelvis and hold them in place ofc

You can’t really build your boobs as a girl… that’s just genetics… you can build your ass with appropriate workouts though.

I mean it depends rlly, I think u can build chest muscle cus like women can get stronger in those chest exercises. Idk how well it shows, I feel that’s based on body types

I’ve been drinking a lot of whole milk and taking progesterone it’s causing some weight gain but I think mine are getting bigger
