Sounds like your flow isn’t enough to suit a tampon, maybe use a pad instead of a tampon when you aren’t using period underwear

You shouldn’t feel it too much at all really. The only times I feel it is if I don’t have enough flow for one or if Its full and I need to replace it with a new one. It could also be a sizing/flow issue, where you could be getting ones built for a heavier period/size too

So you weren’t bleeding at all?

its normal for it to be uncomfy if you didn’t bleed much to remove but if you can feel it while it’s in there then you probably put it in wrong like at the wrong angle

What color was the tampon when you took it out? Brown or red? Was the whole thing covered in that color or was there still a lot of white showing? If you have brown then you probs shouldn’t use a tampon at all, it’s just going to throw off your ph balance. If it’s red and has some white spots then use a smaller size and try again, if the same problem arises then don’t use one at all
