When you feel better, you look better. Limiting screen time has also helped a lot, and I try to get 6–8 hours of sleep a day. Having good hygiene is important, and I also think how you present yourself matters so make sure your clothes match and you look put together. Nothing expensive just look nice !

As part of my diet, I followed an anti-inflammatory diet, and it helped me lose weight pretty quickly. I also made sure to drink lots of water, and overall I feel so much better.
