I’m on my period! What are the best period products In your opinion (pads, tampons etc…) I am sick of the products I use!! Help meeee!!!

I prefer pads, but I am also autistic so any other period product gives me a sensory overload

Period underwear is my fave! I like the brand Period. Very comfy, never leaks, incognito style.

pads with a cotton top layer, a bit pricier but they minimize odor and rashes for sure

I’m also autistic but I have to use tampons cause I can’t deal with the damp pad feeling. It’s funny how sensory issues affect people differently, I wish things like this were talked about more.
